Regent House and Pageant Court are owned by Regent Consultants Limited, a family run company formed in 1991.

The two properties are amongst the few privately owned top graded student accommodation available in the close proximity of Plymouth University, registered on the University Database and considered by them to be a well managed first class accommodation.

Security
Regent House has been awarded the ‘Safe as Houses’ Gold Award Security Certificate for achieving an excellent standard of domestic security for tenants of shared houses by Plymouth City Council and the Devon and Cornwall Constabulary. Pageant Court has only recently opened but we fully expect it to reach the same standard.
